Cesur Film is the film production plant that Cesur Ambalaj, in the packaging business since 1930, established in Bilecik, Turkey in 2021. The plant produces Y-Hood, Stretch Hood and Shrink Hood pallet covers, PE lamination films and bigbag inliners. Our fully automated machine park can produce up to 10,000 tons of film per year, in thicknesses of 20 - 250 microns and widths of 1265 - 2200 mm.

Y Hood
Fits the pallet exactly, prevents slipping when stacked and uses 15-25% less plastic than gusseted covers.

Stretch Hood
Applied by fully automatic machines without heat, UV additive on request. For ceramics, cement and household appliances.

PE lamination films for multipurpose, pet food, wet wipes, frozen food, easy peelable, easy tearable and doypack packaging.

Bigbag Inliner
PE liners sized to fit the bigbag exactly; gusseted bottle type and tubular type, 20 - 250 microns, antistatic options.

Shrink Hood
Heat-shrink hood applied on automatic lines or with a hand gun, more cost-effective than Stretch Hood.
Certified production, less plastic
Production at our plant in Bilecik runs under certified quality and environmental management systems. Our Y-Hood pallet cover uses 15-25% less plastic than gusseted pallet covers.
